No animals of any kind are permitted, including service animals and emotional support animals. Bringing an animal onto the property will result in cancellation of the reservation and immediate removal from the home, as required by Airbnb’s approved exemption. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are not permitted inside the home. Guests may use the nearby UPS Store at 25910 Sierra Center Blvd, Lutz, FL for package holding. 🔑 Lost Items Lost community key cards, TV remotes, fan remotes, or access devices can be replaced for a $50 fee. 🧹 Cleanliness & Care Please treat the home with respect.
