All outdoor cameras face outward. There are no indoor cameras anywhere on the property. ⭐️ We do receive ring alerts from the doorbell camera, which allows us to respond quickly if a guest needs help, has an urgent question, or if a delivery or safety issue arises. These alerts are not used to monitor guests during their stay—just to provide responsive support when needed. Recordings from cameras may be reviewed only in the event of a safety, security, or insurance concern.

All guests included on an Airbnb reservation must be verified with a clear profile photo. Reservations are only accepted through Airbnb from verified accounts. Identity verification is required for safety and to meet insurance and HOA standards. All guests 16 years of age and older must be listed on the Airbnb reservation to have access to the property and its amenities.

The primary booker is required to undergo a background check and a rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Property Rules & Restrictions We want you to have a comfortable and secure stay at Golden Eagle Retreat. Please help us maintain a great environment for all our guests by following these simple house rules: No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the home. If this rule is violated, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be invoiced at checkout. Pets & Other Animals: Due to a severe host allergy, we cannot host any pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) on the property. Any guest found with a pet will be charged a $1500 cleaning fee, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund. Parking: To avoid fines from the county, all vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Pasco County does not permit street parking.

📫 We can not accept deliveries or mail. However, there is a UPS Store within 5 minutes where you can have deliveries held till your arrival. The UPS Store 25910 Sierra Center Blvd Lutz, FL 📦 We would be happy to ship lost items back to you. Please contact us through the app to arrange for delivery.
