These alerts are not used to monitor guests during their stay—just to provide responsive support when needed. The primary booker is required to undergo a background check and a rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Property Rules & Restrictions We want you to have a comfortable and secure stay at Golden Eagle Retreat. Please help us maintain a great environment for all our guests by following these simple house rules: No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the home. If this rule is violated, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be invoiced at checkout. Pets & Other Animals: Due to a severe host allergy, we cannot host any pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) on the property. Any guest found with a pet will be charged a $1500 cleaning fee, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund. Parking: To avoid fines from the county, all vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Pasco County does not permit street parking.

📫 We can not accept deliveries or mail. However, there is a UPS Store within 5 minutes where you can have deliveries held till your arrival. The UPS Store 25910 Sierra Center Blvd Lutz, FL 📦 We would be happy to ship lost items back to you. Please contact us through the app to arrange for delivery. 🅿️ Pasco County does not permit street parking. Violators may be towed. We had the best experience staying at Patricia‘s house in Land O Lakes. The house was even better than described. Super clean and had everything we needed. Loved spending time at the pool which was never crowded. Location was great only 10 minutes to Wesley Chapel with lots of shops and restaurants. Patricia was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience possible. Will definitely be staying there again!
